What is my start time?
You will receive an email 3 days prior to the event with your wave start time. Please arrive at least 90 minutes prior to your wave's start time.
What time does the event start?
The official event takes place between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM. Each division & wave will have its own start time. Your competition will take approximately 90-120 minutes. The order of divisions is typically as follows:
- HYROX Doubles Men
- HYROX Doubles Mixed
- HYROX Pro Women
- HYROX Men
- HYROX Doubles Women
- HYROX Women
- HYROX Pro Men
- HYROX Relay
Changes, Transfers & Refunds
Registration changes and transfers can be made up to 2 weeks prior to the event and are subject to a small processing fee. After this time, no changes or transfers can be made. Please note that tickets for a Republic of Ireland event cannot be changed to an event being staged in the United Kingdom and vice versa.
Change of participant competing: GBP 15.00
Change of division fee HYROX Pro > HYROX Singles or HYROX Singles > HYROX Pro: GBP 15.00
Transfer to another event location: GBP 15.00
